Olive Stones

The olive stone or ‘pit’ as it is known, is the by-product of both the olive oil and table olive industries. The stones are separated from the olive pulp and then dried-down for final processing.


Sourced from European and North African key olive production areas, olive pits are a popular, natural, sustainable and biodegradable alternative biomass fuel; they are a comparable but more affordable alternative to premium quality wood pellets.
